My LVRN experience demonstrates that I am a leader. I use my inherited gift of teaching and coaching to creatively aid artists and professionally equip staff to embed a fun and effective approach towards a shared goal.

  • Ideated and executed clients’ creative visions across LVRN Records, Management and Publishing entities

  • Utilized rolodex to organize label, publisher and management meetings domestically and internationally

  • Instilled organizational structure by creating step-to-step guides across admin, creative strategy and creative processes to effectively train and lead A&R department

  • Roadmapped global mindset among all departments by keeping staff and executives up to date with global trends / talent

  • Roadmapped a futuristic mindset among all departments by keeping staff and executives up to date with emerging technology and trends that could be utilized by talent to contribute towards creative / KPI goals

  • Curated, organized and lead LVRN’s largest camp to date in partnership with Splice and Warner Chappell to procure competitive singles and album cuts across the roster
